Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location;
Display a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensure all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience;
Holds self and others responsible for the accomplishment of all operational tasks and coaches/provides feedback on Sales Associates' performance;
Supports and executes visual directives and maintains visual standards set by the company; drives efficiency in all operational store processes;
Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence; balance management presence with approachability
