Seeking talented Storefront Associates who are committed to exceptional customer service, detail-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond. The role involves working across bread, cake, POS, and bar departments.

• Provide customers with a level of service beyond their expectation while showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best.
• Work with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and create an uplifting work atmosphere.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and enjoy the experience.
• Cross-train in each department:
  Bread, Cake, POS, Bar.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skill.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity: lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
