American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring store shows AEO Brand Standards.;
Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring floorset areas are executed to standards.;
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh.;
Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans.;
Foster a culture of recognition and teamwork to focus on guest experience and store standards.
