Multi‑Purpose Clerk – Cashier

• Operate the check stand and perform Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and inventory activities in the Center Store/Front End.
• Receive, inspect, and log products, and stock, rotate, and merchandise items in Produce, Meat/Seafood, and Bakery/Deli departments.
• Provide customer service at the seafood counter, offer special orders for custom cuts, holiday items, cakes, and party trays.
• Control food handling, maintain clean work area, and ensure order accuracy.
• Keep floral, oven, and other equipment clean and functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store, including floor sweeping/mopping and restroom cleaning.

• Sweep and mop sales floor, front end, back rooms, and refrigerated areas.
• Operate forklift (if authorized and certified) and baler (if authorized).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

$17.15 – $26.50 per hour.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and self‑motivation.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible on the job.
• Six months of related retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or GED) or equivalent experience.

• Must be available to work a variety of required retail hours.
• Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequent basis; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
