• Provide customers with a level of service beyond expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs.

• Perform job‑specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and preparing drinks.
• Maintain punctuality for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Work hard and enjoy the experience.
• Cross‑train in each department, including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

• High school diploma or higher.
• Fast‑food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork orientation.
• Enforcement of Health Department Regulations and Serv Safe certification required.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours a week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, continuous standing, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
