Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices;
Carry out tasks and communicate progress and information, identify priorities and deadlines, and adapt to change;
Maintain safety and safety procedures in the facility and follow safety guidelines;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to meet membership goals and support promotions and events.
