Assistant Manager

Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates, ensure smooth execution of store operations, create a great store environment, and more. The role requires retail experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

• Model exemplary service and selling behaviors to deliver the Tillys Experience.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team of Associates.
• Ensure smooth store operations and a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet sales and customer service goals.

• Retail experience and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50. Offer placement within this range is dependent on prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
