American Eagle - - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.;
Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring Floorset standards across areas (uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobers).;
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in tip-top shape.;
Identify merchandising opportunities and plan with leadership to take action.;
Cultivate a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team while maintaining store safety and shrink-reduction strategies.
