Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform guests of promotions, and promote guest loyalty programs.;
Support the shopping environment by aligning with current sales initiatives and maintaining guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately using the POS system, including handling receipts and changes.;
Assist Store Manager with onboarding, training, and ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures.;
Schedule store associates and supervise sales staff in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
