Our Future Bay Area stores are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take our store to the next level. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family‑owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in driving sales and ensuring sales goals are achieved, managing daily activity, coaching, inspiring and developing sales staff to increase vehicle volume, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores, ensuring sales representatives engage with customers, assisting staff, and addressing customer inquiries promptly.

Pay ScalePay Scale: The Sales Manager Position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a monthly base salary of $6,000.00 to $10,000.00. The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value of closed sales achieved, from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit. A production bonus may also be paid based on individual or team performance, ranging from $0.00 (if benchmarks are not met) without a fixed upper limit.
Responsibilities- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of your team, leading to individual success and job satisfaction.
- Assist General Sales Manager in implementing processes and an atmosphere leading to complete customer satisfaction.
- Manage trade‑ins, sales, and delivery of new and used vehicles; keep a vehicle and sales history log.
- Establish sales quotas for all sales personnel that meet their individual skill levels.
- Stay current with sales management through skilled use of the appropriate computer systems.
- Supervise employees to ensure that facilities are clean and efficient.
- Attend pertinent training as available to keep current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales Manager.
- Valid Sales license.
- Valid driver license.
- Attend company meetings and training as required.
- Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services.
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors.
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
- Participate in performance management.
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale.
- Uphold the company’s non‑disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements.
- Work evening, weekend, and holiday work hours as required.
