Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses, focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations, promote bundled products, and exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Stay current on competitive landscape and emerging technologies.
Core Responsibilities- Territory development, including local business partnerships and organizational affiliations to enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Support customer satisfaction and promote a positive Comcast Experience.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and partner relationships.
- Sell advanced communications solutions such as PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location services.
- Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospects’ communication capabilities.
- Effectively manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and related support staff to ensure end-to-end sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a qualified prospects pipeline that yields monthly quota performance above expectations.
- Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to support sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives while adhering to company standards and professionalism.
- Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Apply Comcast’s Operating Principles in all work.
- Own the customer experience, providing seamless digital options at every touchpoint.
- Be a proactive learner and advocate for Comcast’s technology, products, and services.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Combination of coursework and experience may be considered for applicants lacking a degree.
Base Pay: $72,000.00
Targeted Commission: up to $ Total Target Compensation
Commission and bonus opportunities available to qualified employees.
