Sales Representative​/Door to Door Solar Sales in Concord

Job Description

This is a full-time, door-to-door (D2D) field sales position with ESP Solar, a residential solar installer that has powered over 30,000 homes since 2015 across California and Texas.

This is a commission-only sales position. The stated annual pay is performance-based, with a wide range of $75,000.00 to $ per year.

No prior sales experience is required.

• Driven primarily by professional growth and income potential.
• Highly competitive, coachable, and strongly goal-oriented.
• Comfortable and effective at talking to new people.
• Completely comfortable operating in a commission-only pay environment.

• You will work in a door-to-door sales environment, speaking directly with homeowners about ESP Solar’s services and solar solutions.
• Key duties include generating initial interest, qualifying potential customers, and either setting firm appointments or closing sales deals on the spot.
• You are responsible for tracking your leads and attending required team trainings and meetings.

• You will receive ongoing training and mentorship from industry leaders who have over 100 years of combined experience.
• Training covers essential sales fundamentals, proven door-to-door scripts, effective objection handling, and leadership development.
