Job Overview
Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retail partner relationships, increase program visibility, and support business growth across your territory. This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position pays $25 per hour plus a 10% monthly bonus opportunity.
Responsibilities- Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
- Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
- Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
- Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
- Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
- Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
- Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement and consistent productivity.
- Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
- Must own a personal vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license, provide proof of insurance, and pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
- Reliable transportation within the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. at a time.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route.
- Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused.
- No weekend work.
- Weekly Pay (Daily Pay options available).

- Next‑day pay options available.
