Meet homeowners, take measurements, create the design, build the estimate, and close the deal. You own the full front-end of the project—from first appointment to signed contract—using a proven process and selling high-end outdoor transformations.

What you'll be doing
  • In-home closing sales reps with 2+ years home improvement experience run company‑provided leads to closure, supported by a recruiting dashboard and a monthly gas stipend
  • Work company‑provided leads from initial discovery through close
  • Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
  • Run in‑home estimates and present quotes that win on value, not just price
  • Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle
What success looks like
  • Day 30:
    Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
  • Month 6:
    Producing in the middle of the band — about $187K annualized
  • Year 1:
    Top quartile clears $350K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
Who we're looking for
  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in home services or an adjacent vertical
