Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Tactical Security Officer – Loss Prevention in Concord, CA.

  Full time, 40 hours per week (Sunday – Thursday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm)

• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You work indoor and outdoor in variable environments.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You are skilled in reading and writing detailed reports.
• You enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• You react quickly to threats or incidents.
• You detain and search individuals.
• You document incidents and actions taken.
• You respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• You collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• You ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training can be obtained during hiring).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Five years of security experience.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Baton permit.
• OC spray permit.
• Handcuff permit.
• Military or law enforcement experience encouraged.
• First‑aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
