Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician specializing in Rooftop Service to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and servicing rooftop HVAC systems for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair, and be capable of interpreting schematics and technical manuals.

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on rooftop HVAC units for commercial buildings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to HVAC systems, including mechanical failures and electrical problems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams during system upgrades or installations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Document service activities thoroughly and communicate findings to clients or management.
• Assist in the installation of new HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems.

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a focus on rooftop systems in a commercial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with skills in plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC units.
• Mechanical or technical certification/license preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel between job sites as needed.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction and HVAC maintenance is essential.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
