We are looking for experienced HVAC / Hydronic Installers who can take ownership of jobs, work independently with direction, and demonstrate leadership in the field.
Responsibilities- Install HVAC and hydronic systems including furnaces, heat pumps, VRF, ductless split systems, radiant heating & snow melt systems, mechanical rooms and piping.
- Work independently from drawings and scope.
- Coordinate with management, site teams, and other trades.
- Troubleshoot and solve daily site issues.
- Maintain job progress and timelines.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship.
- 5–10+ years experience in HVAC and/or hydronics.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation best practices.
- Ability to work independently and lead small crews when required.
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
- Gas license (G2/G1), valid driver’s license, refrigeration licence an asset, ODP.
