Aspiranet seeks a Youth Specialist to join our Family and Community Services team in Concord, CA. This full-time, on-site role supports youth with case management, home visitation services, and collaboration with health and social services to promote family stability and healthy development.
You will work Thursday–Monday, 7 AM to 3 PM, in a Receiving Center, with responsibilities including youth screenings, safety plans, documentation, and coordination with nurses and county social workers.
