Overview

Pay: $22/hour

Position Summary

Manage Central Station inventory, equipment repair, and return. Assist with Cloud products device enrollment and programing.

Responsibilities
  • Requisition, receive, and stock alarm devices and other materials required by both field and office personnel.
  • Process return of equipment to manufacturer for repair.
  • Process all equipment requisitions and provide kitted equipment for work orders 24 hours in advance of scheduled installation/service appointment.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels, control the release of inventory, and conduct inventory surveys.
  • Process all incoming shipments daily.
  • Maintain all reports and logs required for the Shop.
  • Maintain the Shop in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Assist with Setting up Cloud Accounts and device enrollment.
  • Help with Data entry of system information into accounts in SBN.
  • All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  • Basic Computer Networking Skills Preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Good interpersonal skills required.
  • Word processing and basic spreadsheet skills required.
  • Proficiency with inventory/database programs preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.
