• Safety is the primary focus; you are responsible for managing road closures and ensuring the safety of those passing through work zones.
• Learn to close off roads using cones and barricades and perform two-way flagging with a stop & slow sign to guide traffic through work zones safely.
• Load trucks and deliver/pick up barricades, signs, and other traffic control equipment.
• Complete reports and perform other duties as necessary.

• Must have a valid driver’s license for 3 years and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available during business hours and able to work nights/weekends when on-call schedules.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand on your feet for 6-12 hours per day.
• Decent English communication skills; safety coordination requires proficiency in English.
• Must be able to pass drug test (drug testing does not include THC marijuana).
• Must be able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
