Schedule / Start Times

Swings: 2pm - 10pm, or 3pm - 11pm, or 4pm
- Midnight. Graves: 9:30pm - 6:00am (includes weekends).

Pay & Incentives

Starting pay: $27.50/hr plus shift differentials and monthly bonuses. Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 additional per hour depending on hours and days worked. Productivity incentives: up to $1,900 extra per month. Guaranteed hours: minimum 40 per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to determine issues.
  • Provide roadside assistance: tire changes, fuel delivery, vehicle lock‑outs.
  • Build trust, problem‑solve, and remain calm for members on scene.
  • Communicate clearly (verbal and written) even under pressure.
  • Apply common knowledge of vehicle components and common reasons for failure.
  • Demonstrate problem‑solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety and respond appropriately.
  • Drive manual/automatic shift vehicles.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Other Requirements

Willingness and flexibility to work swing or graveyard shift, including weekends. No prior towing experience required; training provided.
