The Warehouse Assistant plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You will store parts and equipment, drive a company fleet vehicle to pick up and deliver parts and permits, support warehouse inventory management, and assist with field projects. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who is organized, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.

• Pick up, receive, and organize a variety of parts and equipment
• Drive a company vehicle to deliver and pick up parts, equipment, and building permits
• Use maps and GPS to plan the most efficient daily routes
• Receive, organize, and store warehouse parts and equipment
• Assist with maintaining warehouse inventory and monthly counts
• Receive and process delivery receipts
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck
• Provide on‑site assistance on construction projects in the field
• Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures

• Valid driver's license with a clean DMV record
• Ability to work independently and achieve goals without constant supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (up to 100 lbs. with assistance)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
• Committed to meeting all company safety requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of customer service experience required
• 1-3 years of construction trades or warehouse receiving, delivery, and storage experience highly desirable
