Administrative Assistant – SUD Treatment
Location: Concord, MA
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full‑time (Monday–Friday; may include some evening or weekend flexibility)

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our facility. This role provides essential administrative support to clinical and operational teams through effective communication, scheduling, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and computers
- Answer phones, route calls, and take accurate messages
- Communicate with staff, clients, and external partners to provide information and resolve inquiries
- Maintain and update filing systems, inventories, and databases
- Compile, sort, and file records related to business transactions and administrative activities
- Provide general office support and assist with scheduling needs
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory standards
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: Prior administrative experience required; experience in a behavioral healthcare setting is a plus
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; proficiency with standard office software
