Community Relations Associate (Receptionist)

Full Time:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

At our community, the Front Desk Receptionist is the information center of our community, managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, and assisting residents with all requests. In addition, the Front Desk Receptionist shall be responsible for administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration and Director of Community Relations. This position requires superior people skills.

Requirements

    Experience with email, calendar management, answering phones.
  • Physical requirements:

    Standing, sitting, bending.
  • Communication:
    Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co‑workers.
  • Punctuality & reliability:
