** Portfolio Marketing Specialist
**** Overview
* * As a Portfolio Marketing Specialist at Altera Digital Health, you will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic objectives. Your mission is to align with the sales team on strategies and enablement, particularly during the Request for Proposal (RFP) phase. You will be responsible for developing compelling messaging that aligns with corporate imperatives and differentiates Altera in the market, directly contributing to sales growth with new clients and improving retention with existing ones.
** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Strategic Content Curation & Development:
** Proactively identify, gather, and refine compelling content from various sources, including third-party intelligence, product release notes, and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop insightful content that differentiates Altera's solutions.
* ** AI-Powered Proposal Process Management:
** Leverage our cutting-edge AI tool to manage the end-to-end proposal (RFP/RFI) process, including optimizing AI-generated responses, facilitating SME review, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, tailored proposals.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Partner closely with Sales, Services, Product Owners, and other internal teams to understand solution capabilities, market needs, and competitive landscapes to develop more impactful and competitive content.
* ** Process Optimization &

Innovation:
** Continuously seek ways to enhance our content management and proposal workflow, identifying opportunities to integrate new data sources and improve the overall efficiency of our response strategies.
* ** Client Engagement Insights:
** Analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends in client questions and our response efficacy, using these insights to drive continuous improvement in our content and proposal strategies.
* ** Quality Assurance & Documentation:
** Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content and proposal documents, ensuring proper version control and utilization of tools like SharePoint, Adobe, and the MS Office Suite.
** Qualifications**

* Experience:

**  + 1-7 years of relevant work experience.  + Market experience in healthcare is a plus.  + Previous sales experience is a plus.
* *
* Education:

**  + Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a healthcare-related field.
** Working Arrangements
** Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. This role is remote and primarily works in a standard office environment.
** Travel
* * Up to 25% travel may be required.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), for example.

Salary Range  $70,000-$80,000
