We are seeking a Program Integration Manager to support a $1B+ Cyber and Networks (HN) program. This position provides integration support across a complex organization, working closely with Division Leads and senior program leadership to coordinate priorities, improve processes, and ensure effective execution across the program.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, business operations, government, or a related field. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with experienced program leaders, gain exposure to DoD program management, emerging technologies including AI, and contribute to the successful execution of a large-scale government program.

- Provide day-to-day program management and front-office support to senior program leadership and Division Leads.
- Coordinate activities, priorities, and actions across multiple divisions and functional organizations.
- Support Division Leads with planning, execution, task management, and organizational initiatives.
- Track and coordinate program actions, deliverables, milestones, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements.
- Develop, analyze, and present program performance information, metrics, financial data, and status reports.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, hiring, forecasting, and organizational staffing requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and support subcontract management.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and organizational efficiency.
- Support the integration and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and capabilities , where appropriate.
- Develop executive-level presentations, briefings, reports, and other management products.
- Support new business development and capture activities as needed.
- Work collaboratively across functional areas to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive actions to completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be US Citizen
- 3+ years’ experience in business, government, or military
- Active Secret Security clearance will be required
- Management of complex organizations/diverse skill sets
Experience:
- Working knowledge of DoD acquisition and contracting environments.
- Program or project management experience within a complex organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; experience with Project, Visio, and SharePoint is desirable.
- Ability to analyze information and develop clear, concise executive-level reports, briefings, and performance metrics.
- Experience with workforce planning, financial tracking, organizational management, or business process improvement.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, AI-enabled tools, or emerging technology applications is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting Division Leads, senior government/contractor leadership, or a program front office.
- General knowledge of DoD contracting practices and processes.
- Experience with Assistance and Advisory Services (A&AS) contracts is desirable.
- Familiarity with business development and capture activities is desirable.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and team-building skills.
The annual salary range: $110k - $128k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
