Senior Designer, Brand & Content

Senior Designer, Brand & Content is a key creative role within Tripleseat's Brand Marketing team, responsible for shaping how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across channels. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Content, this person will lead the design and production of visual and multimedia content that drives awareness, engagement, and consistency. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on craft across both static and motion design.

We're at an exciting inflection point, launching a global rebrand, and this role will be pivotal in defining how Tripleseat shows up in the world.

What You'll Own

• Lead the design and production of brand and marketing assets across digital, print, social, and web channels
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that reflects Tripleseat's brand standards and positioning
• Create motion graphics and video content using After Effects and Media Encoder for use across campaigns and social platforms
• Build and manage templates in Canva to enable scalable, on-brand content creation across teams
• Design email and landing page assets in Hub Spot to support demand generation and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Partner with the Director, Brand & Content to concept and execute integrated campaign creative
• Ideate and strategize net-new content, based on trending creative and relevant social media meme-ization
• Leverage our brand-enforced AI tooling to draft and deliver on-brand copy and content across the organization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative quality with deadlines and stakeholder needs
• Other related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Media Encoder
• Experience designing and producing motion graphics and video content
• Comfort working in Canva to build scalable templates for cross-functional use
• Familiarity with Hub Spot for designing marketing emails and landing page assets
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and content design work
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

This position is open to remote candidates eligible to work in the United States. Week 1 of onboarding is in-person, based out of our Concord, MA office. A hybrid work schedule will be offered if the ideal candidate is based near our Concord, MA office. Additional travel may be required for meetings, company events, and training.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $ annually

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, and alignment with our internal compensation framework. This role is also eligible for additional benefits and incentives.
