The Role

Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Prosthodontist to join our established practice. This is a unique position in which the right doctor will receive autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We prefer doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with both patients and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the dental condition and needs of patients.
  • Design, fabricate, and fit dental prostheses, including dentures, crows, and bridges.
  • Perform dental implant surgeries and related procedures.
  • Collaborate with dental technicians to ensure the proper creation of prosthetic devices.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and maintenance of dental prostheses.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care of prosthetic devices.
  • Maintain precise and detailed patient records.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in prosthodontics.
  • Provide postoperative care and follow-up to monitor success of treatments.
Qualifications
  • Board certification in proshodontics.
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree w/Pros residency.
  • Specialized training in prosthodotics from an accredited program.
  • A minimum of 2 years, out of University experience in a clinical setting.
  • State licensure to practice dentistry.
  • Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of the latest research in prosthodontal therapies.
  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office setting.
  • Leading with compassion and a commitment to the full patient care experience.
