We’re counting down to the opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord — and we’re looking for a skilled, energetic, and patient-focused Surgical Assistant to help launch this practice with confidence and clinical excellence.

Previous oral surgery experience is highly valued, but we also welcome motivated assistants with strong fundamentals and the right mindset.
⭐ What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)
As a Surgical Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care. You will:
- Assist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons during in-office surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical suites and instruments
Anticipate provider needs and support efficient surgical flow
Take and process diagnostic radiographs and clinical photos
Monitor patients during pre-op and post-op phases
Accurately document patient care and procedures
Provide calm, compassionate chairside support and patient education
Follow OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards
Support the clinical team with additional duties as needed
🎓 Education, Certification & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Registered Dental Assistant with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry (required)
Dental Radiology Certification (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
