The Architectural Designer will have excellent technical architectural skills, a refined, upscale aesthetic, be organized with superb time management skills, and possess a strong work ethic. The primary responsibility will be to support architectural projects across all phases of design, while working collaboratively with a Project Manager and Project Team. The ideal individual has strong design skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can work on projects across a variety of different scales.

• Contribute to the coordination of projects through all phases of design
• Communication with Client, Consultants, and Project Team Members
• Actively participate in managing projects from start to completion
• Contribute to the production of construction documents
• Draw all required drawings from plans to details per project
• Generate and communicate design concepts
• Production of architectural drawings, sketches, diagrams, presentations, and renderings
• Provide flexibility in developing alternative concepts to solve complex design problems
• Modify and review presentations and drawing sets in all phases
• Coordinate, develop, and draft construction documents in support of overall project design

• Strong verbal communication for internal design review, client, and project teams

• Ability to working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, and individually
• Current technology expertise, can work across multiple platforms
• Ability to work remotely, with weekly site and client visits

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Should be familiar with Chief Architect, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sketch Up
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture with minimum of 3 years post-graduate professional experience
