Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Concord, MA on a part‑time basis for the 2026-27 school year. This role involves working in fast‑paced behavioral health facilities, providing academic support to adolescent school‑age patients in a small classroom setting (class sizes range from 8 to 15 students). The work supports students during treatment and helps them reintegrate successfully into the classroom.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver daily lesson plans.
- Provide individualized assistance to students.
- Communicate student progress as needed.
- Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.
20‑hour a week commitment, Monday‑Friday, 1:30pm–5:30pm or 1–5pm.

Qualifications- B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
- Massachusetts state teaching license (required).
- Comfortable working with adolescent‑aged students.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs.
- Reliable transportation.
