Duties

• Design and implement engaging curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards, including the Reggio Emilia pedagogical approach
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management and classroom management strategies
• Support children's developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and special education needs
• Create a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to child welfare policies and daycare safety protocols
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists to support early intervention efforts and individualized learning plans
• Lead activities that promote physical education, literacy skills, math concepts, and social skills tailored to each child's needs

Skills

• Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Experience working directly with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings
• Knowledge of special education strategies and early intervention programs to support diverse learners
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively
