Principal Mechanical Engineer

I’m looking to speak to Senior Mechanical Engineers who have experience in guiding small - medium engineering teams to drive the development of an exciting next generation consumer good. This role blends technical depth with leadership, requiring strong experience across the full product lifecycle, manufacturing floor processes, and IoT‑enabled device development.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of mechanical engineers and technicians. Must have managerial experience!
• Confident ability in managing the product lifecycle from design concept through to shipping
• Directly work on the manufacturing floor to refine processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve yield.
• 10 + years experience
• Must be familiar with IoT‑enabled product architectures, ensuring seamless integration of sensors, radios, antennas, and PCBs.
• Experience with consumer products or smart devices
