Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us:We are seeking an accomplished Controller to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing residential real estate development organization. This Controller will oversee financial planning, capital strategy, accounting, reporting, risk management, and project-level financial performance. The Controller will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and will play a critical role in evaluating development opportunities, structuring financing, managing capital relationships, and ensuring the organization has the financial infrastructure necessary to support continued growth.

- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Manage month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Oversee external audits and tax filings.
- Maintain appropriate accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Monitor the financial performance of residential development projects.
- Analyze project costs, variances, cash requirements, and profitability.
- Evaluate project performance against budgets and investment expectations.
- Implement financial controls and reporting processes across development activities.
