Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

We are seeking an accomplished Controller to lead the financial strategy and operations of a growing residential real estate development organization. This Controller will oversee financial planning, capital strategy, accounting, reporting, risk management, and project-level financial performance. The Controller will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and will play a critical role in evaluating development opportunities, structuring financing, managing capital relationships, and ensuring the organization has the financial infrastructure necessary to support continued growth.
