• Assist Clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation and maintaining a healthy environment
• Provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
• Promote Client engagement in their communities by assisting with transportation
• Engage Clients in meaningful conversations and companionship
• Document and report care and any changes in client's condition
