What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes — no double booking, no packed gym floors
- Building and carrying out individualized treatment plans focused on real‑life function
- Working closely with your mentor and interdisciplinary team
- Learning home care best practices while sharpening clinical judgment
- Documenting visits in a user-friendly EMR (we promise, it won’t ruin your evenings)
