BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a job in Concord, Massachusetts.

Full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) home‑health opening in Bedford, Concord, Chelmsford, and surrounding area. Prior home‑care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in attaining or maintaining optimal physical well‑being by providing treatment, tests, client education and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least one year of PTA work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.

Base Pay: $45‑50 per visit point, depending on qualifications.
