Pay Range: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

The Clinical Social Worker for Behavioral Health Services offers family assessment, support and intervention to the families and significant others for psychiatric and addictions inpatients. The Clinical Social Worker is responsible for coordinating the disposition plan and making required after care referrals for patients. The Clinical Social Worker can provide clinical supervision to students if appropriately licensed. They function under the supervision of the Manager of Operations, Behavioral Health Services and are responsible to the patient and family for social services provided and the Interdisciplinary team.

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate school of social work required.

• 2 years of experience in clinical social work practice (which can include appropriately related field work)

• LICSW preferred.
• BLS healthcare provider required.
• LCSW required.
• CPI required within 3 months of hire.

• Competence and experience in clinical practice.
• Ability to conduct and document Psychosocial Assessments.
• Knowledge of psychiatric terminology, DSM IV criteria, basics of Psycho-pharmacology; knowledge of requirements for mandated reporting, and of hospital and community policies and resources.
• Communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
