Hours:

7am‑3:30pm or 11:30am‑8pm – Pay Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the General Kitchen Worker performs a variety of duties related to patient meal services.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience strongly preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification: None required.
• Skills: Demonstrated safe and sanitary working practices; ability to maintain confidential information; ability to read, understand and follow written instructions and meal tickets; excellent customer service skills; positive, hospitable interaction with patients, employees, family members, staff, and other customers; computer skills to check hospital e‑mail and perform other training and mandatory requirements; ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
