Travel Radiology Technologist - X-Ray

American Traveler is hiring an X-ray Technologist with 2+ years of acute care experience and current ARRT registration for a Radiology department assignment.

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program with an Associate's Degree or equivalent military training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting required
• Current registration as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible within 6 months of hire required
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency including PACS and HIS/RIS required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to maintain confidential information

• Radiology department setting in an acute care hospital
• 32 hours per week on a deferred schedule with 4 shifts of 8 hours each
• Shift times may include 7-330, 730-4, 8-430, 12P-830P, 230-11P, or 3-1130P
• Day shift when scheduled Monday through Friday, second shift when scheduled Saturday or Sunday
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses PACS and HIS/RIS systems
• Must live within 50 miles of the facility or qualify as a local candidate at a discounted rate
• Local candidates accepted at a discounted rate
• Travel experience required
