In this role, you will provide life-changing diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, both in our hospital and outpatient settings. Perform a wide range of respiratory care procedures with precision and compassion.
Evaluate, treat, and reassess patients in partnership with physicians and nurses to ensure the best outcomes.
Guide and mentor new respiratory and nursing staff, sharing your skills and experience.
Contribute to quality improvement projects and professional development programs.
Play a vital role in special projects, equipment management, and inventory support.
Ensure patients always receive care with dignity, privacy, and respect.

Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Respiratory Therapy program and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Current Massachusetts licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
RRT or CRT certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care.
Previous respiratory therapy or patient care experience preferred, but clinical rotations will be considered.
