General Manager

We’re hiring a Hotel Manager (Guest Service Manager) for a 70-room boutique hotel in Lexington, MA. This is a great fit for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a guest-facing environment and knows how to balance hands‑on service with team management and operational oversight.

• Lead all Front Desk operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Hire, train, coach and schedule Guest Service Agents and Night Auditors
• Maintain an active presence in the lobby, mentoring staff and personally engaging with guests
• Oversee daily check-in/check-out procedures and ensure service standards are consistently met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns, resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor costs and manage the Front Desk budget
• Oversee daily accounting tasks, including Property Management System updates and guest billing accuracy
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive operational excellence across the property

• 3–7 years of hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with active floor presence
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems and front desk operations
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
