Our client is seeking a seasoned technology leader to join on a part‑time basis (2‑3 days per week over six months) with a focus on:
- Collaborating with the CEO, CCO, and Head of Technology to align the technology roadmap with business priorities
- Taking full ownership of the entire technology across the business including 5‑6 project streams and business as usual work
- Review existing technology infrastructure to ensure it supports the transition to a SaaS business aligning the infrastructure with long‑term businessdjectives
- Establishing delivery structure, processes, and development discipline
- Leading and mentoring the internal and nearshore teams
- Enhancing sprint management and agile delivery
- Providing strategic input while remaining hands‑on with delivery and team oversight
- Potential to transition to a full‑time appointment based on success
This is a strategic but hands‑on role requiring a CTO with strong engineering roots, delivery focus, and stakeholder engagement capability.
