Account Director – Strategic Communications (w/ focus on media relations)

We’re looking for an experienced public relations professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and media relations—someone who can own the room, sharpen a narrative, and lead with curiosity and clarity.

• Lead day-to-day client relationships across 3–5 high-impact accounts
• Shape messaging and thought leadership that turns complexity into clarity
• Own PR strategy: pitch, place, and elevate voices where they matter
• Manage timelines, creative workflows, and cross-functional teams
• Track impact, report on results, and adapt strategy in real-time

• 7+years in B2B communications, PR, or strategic messaging—agency or consulting experience required
• Fluency in sectors like cybersecurity,Med Tech, finance, and sustainability
• A proven track record for placing stories in top-tier outlets as well as trades
• A sharp, concise writing style and love for a well-structured narrative
• Ability to lead the way and win trust, while making clients feel seen and supported
• A tech-forward mindset—you love exploring AI tools and streamlining work

• You enjoy coaching and nurturing junior talent
