The OpportunityIn this role, you will represent established and emerging private fund sponsors
, with a strong emphasis on general partner–side work
. Your practice will focus on private fund formation as well as the ongoing operational, regulatory, and governance matters that arise throughout the lifecycle of private investment funds.
You will work closely with experienced partners who are deeply invested in mentorship and professional development. The role offers significant client contact, increasing autonomy, and the chance to take ownership of complex matters as your practice grows.
Responsibilities- Advise sponsors on private fund formation across a range of strategies
- Handle ongoing operational and compliance matters for private funds
- Work directly with general partners on strategic and structural issues
- Collaborate with a collegial, high-performing team while managing matters independently
- JD required, with prior experience working in a law firm
- 3–5 years of private funds experience, with substantial GP-side exposure
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine commitment to delivering top-tier client service
