Position Overview

Qineti

Q US seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee company-wide supply chain operations. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands‑on expertise across supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and compliance to ensure efficient, compliant, and reliable support of a wide range of Defense systems, equipment, and components. The position is based within the contiguous Franklin, MA area, with potential travel as required.

Duties include:

Supply Chain Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead, plan, and manage end‑to‑end supply chain operations for complex systems, components, and equipment, ensuring operational readiness and mission success.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives, cost targets, and program requirements.
Procurement & Logistics Management
  • Oversee sourcing, acquisition, and logistics activities to support ISR and defense-related operations.
  • Ensure procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Inventory & Asset Management
  • Direct inventory control processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and availability of Government and company-owned assets.
  • Implement controls and audits to maintain data integrity across inventory systems.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations, FAR/DFARS, contract terms, and internal policies.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting throughout the supply chain lifecycle.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure performance, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Lead issue resolution and negotiate solutions that minimize risk and disruption.
Risk Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks impacting cost, schedule, or performance.
  • Develop contingency plans to maintain continuity of operations.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure supply chain performance, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Champion best practices, automation, and optimization efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with program management, engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure integrated supply chain execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, particularly in ISR, defense, government, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. government contracting environments, FAR/DFARS, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
