Maintenance Manager

Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Sr. Executive Recruiter – Maintenance Manager

Our client is a privately owned company with a new plant in northern MA. Due to growth, we are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance staff. The primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage, train, and mentor supervisors along with their maintenance teams.
• Ensure corrective and preventative maintenance is performed on manufacturing equipment, including installations and modifications.
• May also be responsible for facilities and surrounding grounds.
• Ensure working areas are safe in accordance with OSHA and SOPs.
• Provide reports to management and executives.

Position reports to General Manager.

• Associate's degree in electro-technology, military (technical) training and/or vocational/trade schooling.
• 7+ years experience in a manufacturing environment or high‑speed distribution center.
• 5+ years experience supervising or leading technicians or mechanics.
• Understanding of LEAN Six Sigma (5S) and GMP.

Salary up to $125,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and FSA.
