Intellectt Inc is hiring Equipment Calibration Technician in Massachusetts area with CMMS/Maximo or Blue Mountain experience.
Location:Massachusetts Duration: 12 months W2 Contract Description
- Performs routine and non-routine independent calibrations of all laboratories, manufacturing and radiation monitoring equipment following SOP's and in accordance with cGMP's.
- Accurately follows oral and written procedures in calibrating more complex equipment and in performing test procedures.
- Maintains all types of Metrology test and support equipment. Possesses the ability to operate independently all manufacturing equipment in alignment with calibration practices.
- Performs and documents tasks that require specialized judgment. Possesses ability to apply specialized knowledge in performing calibrations tasks that are not fully described in standardized procedures.
- Generate reports and create accurate calibration specific data using calibration software.
- Compiles data for documenting calibration and prepares reports as necessary.
- Takes ownership of and maintains, efficiently and effectively, processes that are basic to the Metrology Group function, e.g. history records, shipping/receiving, scheduling, customer notifications etc.
- Tests troubleshoot and repair electrical and electromechanical components and systems using basic diagnostic devices.
- Reviews, writes new and revises existing SOPs for continual improvement of the calibration program.
- Takes ownership of and accurately and completely comply with practices and processes for addressing quality events.
- Assists the Senior Calibration Technician in training of entry level individuals. Maintains records, laboratory and calibration equipment.
- Maximo or Blue Mountain experience preferable
