While reporting to the Plant Quality Manager , as a Quality Technician , you will be responsible for ensuring quality expectations of every customer, both internal and external are met or exceeded . S afety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

• Conduct required off-line testing and audits for products to meet customer expectations
• Ensure customer returns are checked in and feedback is completed on-time
• Assist in analyzing customer returns
• Participate in customer visits when required
• Able to interpret information and data to apply team concepts
• Maintain the lab cleanliness, put up retains, maintain job jackets

• You possess at least 2 years quality experience
• Packing and warehousing experience is extremely helpful
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Works overtime as required
• Able to collaborate effectively with all employees
