Responsibilities:Production & Baking
- Lead daily GF production: breads, pastries, cookies, basics
- Execute recipes with consistency and quality control
- Manage prep, schedules, and workflow
- Follow food safety compliance & SOP documentation
- Set up kitchen systems and workflows
- Ingredient sourcing & inventory management
- Minimize waste and manage production costs
- 3+ years professional baking experience
- Gluten-free experience or strong aptitude to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Strong organizational & time-management skills
- Works independently; problem-solves in real time
- Early mornings; lift 50 lbs; sand for extended periods
- Comfortable in evolving startup environment
- Dedicated gluten-fre facility experience
- Recipe scaling (smll batch - production)
- Leadership or training experience
- Culinary or pastry training
- Serv Safe certification
